Comtense Apparel CAD Software consists of a number of modules that can work independently dynamically interchanging data between themselves, which makes the system very flexible and widens the area of its application. Our Software offers a wide range of functionality including the following:

Plotters/cutters control:

Plotter Driver is a program that controls output from Temp Model or Marker Maker to a plotter designated in Administrator. The driver allows to preview patterns or marker layouts in all details before sending them to plotter. Depending on the settings, a cutting plotter can cut templates or draw a marker layout. Large marker layouts can be subdivided into several sheets of paper. A user can also designate what text information and marks should be sent to plotter.

Tracer is a module for cutting process optimization and control. It is used for CNC Cutters program generation, which defines the apparel cutting sequence, points where blade leaves the apparel, cutting direction, and apparel parts left for manual operations. Presently the module supports the following apparel cutters: "Sputnik", "Invescut", "Texcut", "Topaz" (ISO data format).
